WARRANTY

Quality is our priority. The Elsewhere co products are constructed using quality materials and are made to last.

Our leather goods are covered by a 1 year warranty from the original date of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. 

The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn’t apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or change of mind. Please be mindful not to overstuff your wallet and take care when packing your jewellery, as large earrings with long posts may damage the leather. The leather on the inside of our wallets may have slight inconsistencies in colour and texture, this is the nature of recycled leather and not considered a fault.

In order to make a warranty claim, you need to have purchased your Elsewhere Co item through our website or one of our authorised retail partners and you must provide proof of purchase. If your item is found to be faulty, we’ll replace it with a new one and cover the postage to send it back to you!

The Elsewhere Co warranty sits alongside applicable consumer protection law.
