OUR PURPOSE
The Elsewhere Co. is a small family-owned label founded in Melbourne in 2019 by designer, Liz Archer. Our studio is now based in Far South Coast NSW where our chain + charm collection is hand-assembled with love from quality materials.
We design fashion forward travel accessories made from high-quality recycled materials – staple pieces you can REPURPOSE + RESTYLE countless ways to elevate your look and extend your travel wardrobe.
We believe in channelling the power of creativity to RECYCLE + REIMAGINE what’s already in circulation instead of taking more precious resources from our planet.
The earth’s resources aren’t infinite which is why we’re committed to making the future of fashion green by REGENERATING + RESTORING landscapes and biodiversity through our partnership with Greening Australia.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Growing up on a farm in regional NSW, Liz always had a desire to explore the world beyond the hills and rivers of her childhood. Through travelling extensively and living in cities like London, Bristol, Melbourne and Singapore, Liz created a collection of runway-worthy travel accessories so stylish, you can wear them year-round.
Inspired by places near and far, The Elsewhere Co is a truly international label that beats with the heart of a country girl dreaming of her next adventure. Designed locally, loved globally.

We’re helping women stay organised, find their freedom and feel empowered to create their own travel style by repurposing, restyling and wearing their accessories their way.
Zero Plastic Packaging
Our accessories are thoughtfully packaged without single use plastic in a beautiful recycled-cotton dust bag. So far, our packaging bags have diverted 32kg of cotton waste from landfill and it’s only the beginning!

OUR SUPPLIERS
We work with suppliers that share our ethical and sustainable values. Our leather goods are ethically crafted by responsible manufacturers in Guangdong Province, China. Our manufacturers hold ISO 14001 and Sedex certifications, demonstrating a responsible approach to environmental management and ethical working conditions. As a small family-run business, the majority of our chain + charm collection is hand-assembled by us in our Far South Coast NSW studio.
